- 3 ripe avocados slightly mashed
- 2 Tbsp lime juice
- 1/2 tsp lime zest
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup grape tomatoes finely chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion finely diced
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 jalapeño seeded and finely diced
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- Handful of fresh cilantro chopped
In a medium bowl, mash avocados with lime juice and salt until just combined, but still a bit chunky.
Add in tomatoes, red onion, garlic, lime zest, jalapeño, cumin and cilantro, mixing well.
Taste and season with additional salt, if needed. Serve immediately with your favorite tortilla chips or fresh veggies and enjoy!
