Ingredients

  • 3 ripe avocados slightly mashed
  • 2 Tbsp lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp lime zest
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup grape tomatoes finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion finely diced
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 jalapeño seeded and finely diced
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • Handful of fresh cilantro chopped

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, mash avocados with lime juice and salt until just combined, but still a bit chunky.
  • Add in tomatoes, red onion, garlic, lime zest, jalapeño, cumin and cilantro, mixing well.
  • Taste and season with additional salt, if needed. Serve immediately with your favorite tortilla chips or fresh veggies and enjoy!
