- 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
- 1 frozen ripe banana
- 1 cup apple chunks skin on or off
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup almond milk or milk of choice
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup ice
All all ingredients into a blender and process until smooth and creamy. If smoothie is too thick, add a bit more milk or water until you achieve your desired consistency. Enjoy!
