Summer isn’t over just yet so I’m making the most of it with this crazy delicious Triple Berry Smoothie Bowl!  I’m such a fan of smoothie bowls because not only are they super easy to throw together on busy mornings or lazy Sundays, but you they look so pretty and require fun toppings!

Smoothie bowls are so customizable too which make them really fun to make.  As I said before, I love adding a variety of toppings like fresh fruit, homemade granola (recipe coming soon!), chia seeds, hemp hearts, etc.  There are so many different flavors and variations that you really can’t mess this up so just whip out your blender and give some a try!  I always have frozen fruit on hand and even freeze bananas once I know they’re pretty ripe since they make smoothies nice and creamy.  Feel free to throw in some greens as well such as spinach or kale!

Hope you all enjoy this Triple Berry Smoothie Bowl and if you love this recipe as much as we do, please leave me ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ below and don’t forget to tag me on Instagram using the hashtag #eatyourselfskinny! I love seeing all your delicious recreations!

this is so yummy i try to make it everyday if we have the ingredients. my daughter plays soccer so i make it for her before practice or like if she was a game i will still make it for her because the whole family loves this recipe and its easy to make so that is a plus so i would really recommend this recipe if you have nothing to do or if you are really busy and have no time to eat just pop it in the blender then you can drink it on the way. or you can also eat it in a bowl which is also really good.
