Start your morning with this easy Spinach and Egg White Omelet that is healthy, delicious and easily made with just 5 simple ingredients!

Ok so I know this is a day behind, but….EMILY PICKED JEF!!
My apologies to those who are completely clueless, but I’m just a little obsessed with The Bachelorette. Emily (in my opinion) is the sweetest, most gorgeous and down to earth girl in Bachelorette history…I was fan ever since Brad’s season. Sure I was upset she didn’t pick Sean, but she handled every situation with grace and class, even when it was undeserved *cough cough Kalon*
I seriously had the utmost respect for her when she chose to only introduce Jef to her daughter Ricki and went ahead and sent Arie home early, rather than dragging out the date. She was genuinely crushed knowing that she would be breaking his heart, and it made me love her even more!

And yes, this would be an egg white omelet with spinach and tomatoes. Uber healthy, totally delicious and probably the easiest thing you’ll ever make in your kitchen. For reals. I’m doing by best to stay on the clean eating track, and like I said before, I’m really loving it! This is something I make almost every morning and no I don’t add cheese, but feel free to throw some in yours if you feel so inclined.Best part is, this entire omelet is only 1 WW point!
High in protein, low in carbs and completely fat-free. Â An easy clean breakfast that is filling, delicious and perfect to start your morning off with!

Oh my, this looks really delicious. I’m all out of spinach, but am going to replace it with a few basil leaves and fresh tomatoes from my garden. YUM!
This really looks wonderful and very tempting. Loved the tomatoes topped: this makes the dish so gorgeous!
This looks absolutely amazing!! I don’t watch the Bachelorette but I did catch the end of the talk show thingy they have after the final rose ceremony — and the couple did look very cute together 😀

Egg whites are the best. They make Weight Watchers SO much easier to go through 🙂 This looks lovely and I love the simplicity.
