I’m so glad it’s not fried. Frying just makes everything taste of oil. It looks so delicious actually.
This sounds super easy and delicious! I would loe to try this 🙂
Perfect little appetizers, very scrumptious and I love that they are so quick to make too!
I saw these in the recent issue and am dying to try them…Im a cheese freak so they are right up my alley. Glad they turned out so well!
Ohh how fun!! Let me know how they turn out!! 🙂
I’m making these right now! These will be a lovely surprise in hubby’s lunch box 🙂
I want to make this too, its so appetizing just looking at how you have presented it.
I really like when you can take a calorie laden dish and put a healthy spin on it. My guy orders mozzarella sticks whenever we go out so I’ll need to make these for him. Yummy!
I also need to jump on the cooking light bandwagon! With my love of mozzarella sticks, these small bites will be perfect! =]
Look good and sound better!
